CBC Federal Credit Union in Camarillo is fantastic. They give the best personalize service. They know me by name. The staff and the manager Aaron give great customer service. You feel like the most important client no matter how much money you have with their bank. I feel like they truly care about their clients. There normally no lines and I get in and out in minutes.

Both DeeAnna and Annette went beyond my expectations today in resolving an issue. They actually did more than I had asked for. As a previous investment advisor of my own firm for 40 years I always suggested clients avoid national banks and use either Credit Unions or community banks. I suggest you take this advice and use CBC for all your "banking" needs.

My visit here was AMAZING! As soon as I entered this location in Camarillo, staff was quick to ask what my needs were. I was promted to the branch manager Aaron, where he answered all my question in such a professional and knowledgeable manner. I was really impressed how quick he was in anything I asked for. You can really tell he and his staff love what they do. Its shows with their work ethic! Will be making this location my permanent one! BTW, a huge plus is that there is Dunkin Donuts next to their branch! Coffee and donuts forever!

This is one of the best credit unions I have been to. I have 4 different banks just to have a variety and this is the best. Easy drive-thru atm and everyone I have dealt with a teller they have been very polite and even made small talk.
